Surface grinding with a milling machine

I use a shop vac after I surface grind. The Grizzly cross slide table used on my mill/drill allows me to get into all the spots. And even after a few years it wears out the ways it is much cheaper to replace it then to buy a surface grinder. My shop is too small to evn have a surface grinder anyway.
